As the owner of this company Debbie brings thirty plus years of success working in the real estate and inspection industries to your transaction. Twenty-five of those years have been owning/operating a home inspection company. These, combined with marketing background, skills as a published/best-selling author, professional speaker, and mom are the perfect ingredients to ensure the best possible results in your transaction. Her knowledge, communication skills, ability to multitask, and read and assess people's needs help her fulfill those needs professionally, and have kept her successfully at the top her field.

Tim Phillips

Tim has been in the building and inspection industries for over thirty years. He has worked for several municipalities and boros in building, zoning, and inspection divisions. His ability to assess then communicate his findings is more of a natural trait rather than a trained skill, although his professional training is vast, and his knowledge base is deep. His personality makes it easy for folks to warm up and ask the right questions. Tim has been with us since we opened our doors, and was with us in our previous company. He has been a trusted name in our community for decades, and we are honored to have him with us for over twenty years. 

Drew Thompson

Drew managed a top real estate office for over 15 years. He's had extensive building and remodeling training and experience for over thirty years. His knowledge of the industry is well-rounded, and combine with his building and inspection training and experience to form an innate ability to understand our clients' needs. We have known Drew for decades as we have dealt with him and the agents he managed. When he decided to make a career change, his options were broader than most because of his untouchable reputation in the community. And yet, because of his working knowledge and experience with us and the slew of other inspection companies in our area, he chose to join our team.  

Stefan Wilson

Stefan has over 10 years of experience with a home inspection company and has previous experience with construction and remodeling. With a background also involving computers Stefan has an eye for detail and leaves no stone unturned. Having filled multiple roles within the company Stefan has settled into the role of providing thorough inspections and quality assurance to ensure that every client’s needs are met and that they are more than satisfied with the experience provided by our company.

Justin Bright

Justin has been working as a home inspector since 2018, following time spent completing a Bachelor of Science degree at Clarion University, and working in electrical production. Justin’s ability to communicate proficiently with real estate agents and their clients, in conjunction with being characteristically meticulous, makes him an ideal home inspector.

Dave joined the team at a Harmony Home Inspection, LLC in June 2021. Dave’s wealth of knowledge, which can be attributed to spending 15+ years working in professional plumbing and as an HVACR technician, has made him an asset, as well as an integral part of our company.  

George Sieffert

George has been working as a certified home inspector since 2016. Prior to home inspecting, he worked at Duquesne Light Company in the engineering department. George has completed over 1000 inspections within the greater Pittsburgh area, and has the innate ability to communicate clearly and gently with all of our clients, specifically first-time home buyers and sellers.  


Administrative Team

Our entire team is fully dedicated to our clients’ needs. Your calls and texts are answered by one of our job coordinators seven days a week. Your report is turned around to you the next business day barring unusual circumstances. And, we are available to chat with you after the inspection to answer your questions.

Lisa Rocco

Job Coordination Manager





Lisa has a true passion for excellence in customer service, having worked in customer service related positions for over 30 years. Lisa’s experience working as a real estate agent has given her the knowledge necessary to be extremely effective in this line of work; meeting clients with patience, and the utmost support. In addition to her time directly in real estate, she has worked with Debbie in the home inspection industry since the 1990s.  

Evelyn Frost

Evelyn grew up in the family’s home inspection business. Her innate ability to understand the process is unparalleled. Coupled with her love for reading, and her natural talent as a gifted writer, this affords her the skillset to edit and craft our home inspection reports like none other.

Victoria Cercone

Project Manager





Victoria joined the a Harmony Home Inspection, LLC team in June 2020, following a blended career path of education and technical writing, after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Writing Studies. Her experience in simplifying the complex has transferred positively into this position, as she has the ability to provide clients with clear and concise information via inspection scheduling and social media activity.
